⭐️ Exclusive recipes from Cold Drop Gin

This cocktail has it all! That’s why Absinthe Kamikaze lives up to its name.

Ingredients:
1 cl absinthe
1 cl Bourbon whiskey
1 cl Cointreau
1 cl gin
1 cl brown Rum
1 cl Tequila
1 cl Vodka
1 cl Grenadine
ice cubes

Tools:
Shaker
Strainer
2 shot glasses (at least 4 cl)

Preparation:
Before you start mixing the drink, please chill the shot glasses, preferably in the freezer.
Place the whiskey, Cointreau, gin, rum, tequila, vodka and grenadine in a shaker with a few ice cubes and stir vigorously.
Strain the mix into the pre-chilled shot glasses using a bar strainer.
Add the absinthe, preferably running it slowly over the inside of the glass.
Light and leave to burn briefly.

ATTENTION:
Be sure to extinguish the flame before you drink it. Risk of burns!

From the name, you might think that there is no gin in this drink. Far from it. Because it is the gin that makes Absinthe Maracuja what it is. It is also wonderfully easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
4 cl absinthe
2 cl dry gin
10 cl passion fruit nectar
ice cubes

Preparation:
Gently shake the absinthe and gin together with an ice cube in a shaker.
Strain the mix through a bar strainer into a tumbler filled with ice cubes.
Pour in the passion fruit nectar at the end.

Recommendation:
Garnish with an orange wedge, a cocktail cherry or a slice of kiwi.

The Alabama Fizz is a refreshing medium-sweet drink.

Ingredients:
2 cl gin
1 cl Crème de Menthe
1 cl lemon juice
1 cl sugar syrup
10 cl soda (or less to taste)
ice cubes

Preparation:
Place the gin, Crème de menthe, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker with a few ice cubes and shake vigorously, preferably for around 1 minute.

Decorate with a few mint leaves.

The Alabama Slammer is a spicy drink that should be enjoyed immediately after preparation.

Ingredients:
2 cl gin
3 cl Southern Comfort (aromatic whiskey from New Orleans)
4 cl orange juice
2 cl Amaretto

Preparation:
Pour all the ingredients into a tumbler filled with ice cubes and stir briefly with a stirring spoon.

Recommendation:

The Angels Face drink is a very simple but tasty martini.

The Aperol Italy Sling is a variation of the better-known Singapore Sling.

3 cl Aperol
3 cl gin
1 cl sugar syrup
2 cl lemon juice
1 cl orange juice

Preparation:
Place the Aperol, gin, sugar syrup, lemon juice and orange juice in a shaker and shake vigorously.

Aqua Velva is a cocktail for the taste buds and the eyes.

1 slice of lemon
ice cubes

Preparation:
Blend the peach purée with the blackberries.
Pour the puree, gin and lemonade into the shaker with a few ice cubes and shake vigorously.

The Blue Bird looks beautiful and has a very special taste.

Place a sugar cube in the martini glass.

Orange zest and/or a branch of rosemary

Preparation:
First fill the glass completely with large ice cubes.
Roll up or fold the orange zest and press lightly to release the essential oils. Put the zest into the glass.
Pour over the gin from a measuring jug. This is called “pouring” in technical jargon.
Top up with pre-cooled tonic water.

Blue mit Tonic

The classic with its strong brother The Blue Drop Navy Strength.

Ingredients:
5 cl The Blue Drop Navy Strength Gin
20 cl Tonic Water, we prefer Indian Tonic
big ice cubes
Orange zest and/or a branch of rosemary

Tools:
Long drink glass

Preparation:
Fill some big ice cubes in a Highballglass.
Roll up or fold the orange zest and press lightly so that the essential oils can escape. Then add the zest to the glass.
Pour over the gin from a measuring jug. This is called “pouring” in technical jargon.
Top up with pre-cooled tonic water.

Navy mit Tonic

The Blue Drop Negroni Black is a delicious drink that has its origins in Cold Drop Gin.

Ingredients:
5 cl The Blue Drop Gin
2 cl Vermouth rojo
ice cubes

Preparation:
Chill a martini glass before preparation, preferably in the freezer.
Pour the Blue Drop Gin and Vermouth into a martini glass over a large ice cube, one after the other.

Recommendation:
Garnish with an olive or orange zest.

Yes, you can use the Navy Strength Gin pure to recognize its unadulterated taste. This is the best way to taste the different nuances of all the botanicals it contains.

Navy on the Rocks

The Blue Drop Rosé Elderberry is ideal on warm, sunny summer days.

Ingredients:
8 cl Asbach Aperitif Rosé
4 cl The Blue Drop Gin
2 cl elderflower syrup
Tonic water
Mint leaves
ice cubes

Tools:
Balloon glass or long drink glass

Preparation:
Pour the Asbach and the syrup into the shaker with ice cubes and serve in a highball glass. Important, please only add The Blue Drop at the end.

Recommendation:
Fresh mint rounds off the drink.

Blue Rosé Holunder

According to history, the Singapore Sling was first mixed at the Long Bar of the world-famous Raffles Hotel and then perfected there. Cocktail lovers from all over the world still visit the bar today and drink the “original” Sling at its place of origin. Alternatively, you are welcome to mix our variant at home.

Ingredients:
4 cl The Blue Drop Gin
2 cl cherry brandy / cherry liqueur
2 cl lemon juice
1 cl grenadine syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitter
Soda water
A few drops of Bénédictine

Preparation:
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker one after the other and then mix until a light foam forms. Fill a highball glass with ice and carefully pour the mixture from the shaker into the glass, leaving a light head of foam on top of the cocktail.

Recommendation:
Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a cocktail cherry.

The Blue Lady drink is very similar to Aqua Velva, but is made without vodka and with real juice instead of soda.

This cocktail was developed by the Bombay Sapphire Gin brand to create its own drink. However, it can also be made with all other types of gin.

Ingredients:
6 cl gin (in addition to Bombay Sapphire gin, London gin is also suitable)
6 Kumquats juice
Juice of one lime
3 teaspoons cane sugar
crushed ice

The Coco Loco can be prepared in many different ways.

Recommendation:
For a real eye-catcher, you can hollow out a coconut so that it becomes a drinking vessel. You can also decorate the drink with pineapple slices.

The Cranberry Cooler is unbeatable as a long drink. Looks great and tastes heavenly.

At first glance, Cranberry Gin appears to be very similar to Cranberry Cooler. The cranberry gin is mixed with lemon juice instead of orange juice, and we use cranberry juice rather than cranberry syrup.

The Electric Poison is an extraordinary drink that is also a real eye-catcher and has a unique taste.
